Refund policy
At Delilah, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy. However, we do offer a style exchange under specific conditions.
Style exchanges are permitted only if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, free from damage, stains, and fragrances, and all original tags remain intact. The request for exchange must be communicated on the day of delivery itself. Please notify us on the same day of receipt via email at hello@shopdelilah.in, clearly stating your intent to exchange.
All costs related to the pickup of the garment and shipping of the replacement item will be borne by the client. Once approved, please allow up to 7 days for the replacement garment to be processed and dispatched.
Custom-made orders or special requested sizes cannot be exchanged.
